As main contractor we take responsibility for the whole build: programme, procurement, trades, plant, site management, quality, safety and the paperwork that proves it. You deal with one team and one contract, and that team stays the same from the first site meeting to the last.
We work with architects, engineers and cost consultants as part of a single group, and we prefer to be involved early, when good advice still costs nothing.

Pre-construction
Brief, surveys, design coordination, a cost plan you can trust, a realistic programme and support through approvals.
Mobilisation
Site set-up, welfare, logistics, hoarding and inductions, so that the first working day is a productive one.
Construction
Groundworks, frame, envelope, services and finishes, sequenced properly and reported on every week.
Completion
Commissioning, inspections, snagging and a clean building, with operation and maintenance information ready on the day.
Aftercare
A defects period taken seriously, with a named person to call and a prompt response when something needs attention.
