Smaller jobs, the same standards.

- Commercial fit-out and office refreshes
- Repairs, making good and maintenance
- Small structural alterations
- External works and landscaping
- Planned works for landlords and managing agents
Small works need proper management.
A refurbishment happens close to people: neighbours, tenants, staff, families. Dust, noise, deliveries and the unexpected all need managing, and the surprises behind old plaster need someone who has seen them before and can price them fairly.
We give smaller jobs the structure of a large one: a written scope, a programme, a named site lead, a tidy site at the end of every day and a proper sign-off at the end.
Clear scope, clear price, clear finish.
Survey and scope
We visit, measure and listen, then write down exactly what is included so there are no arguments later.
Price and programme
A fixed quotation where the work allows it, or an agreed schedule of rates where it does not, with a start date and a duration we intend to keep.
The work
Our own trades and trusted specialists, protected finishes, daily tidying and a site lead who tells you what is happening before you have to ask.
Sign-off
A walk-round together, a snag list closed out and the certificates, guarantees and drawings you need in one place.
Working around people.
Much of our refurbishment work happens in buildings that stay in use: homes with families in them, offices with staff at desks, shops that cannot close. We plan around opening hours and quiet periods, phase the work so that spaces can be handed back one at a time, and keep dust, noise and access under control.
To talk through a refurbishment, an extension or a repair, send us the details.
